Ink stamp " Bauscher Bros" on featured stein. With the name in English, it must be assumed that this was an export piece, sold through their New York office which opened in 1895 and closed circa 1915.
This lid is on the stein marked "Scheffel Halle. 100. 3rd Ave. & 143E. 17th St. New York. Carl Goerwitz. Proprietor." It also has the base mark immediately above.

This mark is on a transfer printed "Royal Vienna" type stein. The Bauscher - Weiden mark, dated 1920 - 1948, has been blocked out and another Karl Rau Munchner Kindl mark has been added.
